Team M.A.C.S and San Diego State is proud to present...

On route to Mission Automated Carrier System! The San Diego State University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering have given us the challenge of creating and an autonomous robotic carrier system, or R.A.C.S for short. This self-guided, ground based mini-vehicle will deliver objects to an array of predetermined GPS locations. In addition to using GPS tracking, our robot will perform an a many number of functions, including (but not limited to) collision detection & avoidance, using Radio Recievers to track hidden objects, and advanced color search-algorithms using a pixyCam. For this specific challenge hosted by SDSU, we have been tasked in designing this robot, with any means necassary. We are in a testing phase of our project, and have many challenges to overcome. We hope this project can further the development of autonomous delivery.
